Sur Mesure, Hotels & Homes supports Casa Monti and Leitmotiv teams in all the preparatory steps for the opening - strategy, sales & marketing action plan, rate positioning, introduction of the hotel to key markets - in order to build the hotel awareness and ultimately ensure the greatest success from the opening, which opened on May 31, 2024 in Rome.

Sur Mesure, Hotels & Homes has been supporting the general management of the resort in the optimization of the revenue, particularly with the rate policy, the set up of sales, marketing and communication actions. The strategy has been developped on the leisure and MICE segments.
