Loïc Frésard,

I am a passionate hotelier and committed salesman, with more than 20 years’ experience in the commercialisation, marketing and management of opérations of upmarket hotel establishments (5 * and Palace). In 2018, I decided to embark upon an entrepreneurial journey and set up ‘Sur Mesure, Hotels & Homes’. My aim was to support hotel investors and managers with their openings, commercial development, and reflective processes in relation to positioning, team organisation and profitability optimisation.

Involved with my clients and their teams on a daily basis and working for the benefit and success of all those involved, I use my appetite for sales, and my curiosity and creativity, to get the most out of each individual opportunity.

Claudine Lepine,

After more than 10 years working in luxury tourism and high-end hotels in Paris and Geneva, I wanted to use my energy and experience to benefit several hotel owners in order to enhance their assets. Sur-Mesure Hotels & Homes was therefore the obvious choice!

Ensuring the profitability of our properties through active promotion to customers looking for travel is our daily ambition. Imagination, anticipation, innovation, adaptability are my key words to support hotel professionals and their teams at each stage of their project.

Ariane Persin,

With now 17 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry – it started with Marketing, then Reservations and Revenue Management – I wish to accompany the clients of Sur Mesure, Hotel & Homes simply as if their hotels were mine!

I look forward to discovering new concepts and news destinations, and to providing all my energy and knowledge to the service of the hoteliers.

My guiding principle: the willingness to achieve the best performance, as a result of a strategy based on the reality of figures – keeping in mind the long-term relationship to our clients.
