Built in 2019, this luxurious villa is surrounded by greenery and located at a convenient 5-minute walk from the historic village of Mougins. The villa has been designed to be entirely oriented towards the view, as it overlooks the Mediterranean sea and the city of Cannes all the way to its bay. The various living rooms and areas boast extra-large windows to get the most of the view and natural light.

Ideally equipped for 10 guests, the Villa Mougins has 5 bedrooms, including a Master with terrace, perfect to unwind and admire the sunrise or sunset over the bay of Cannes. It also comprises 2 living rooms spread over 2 floors. The main one is extremely spacious and provide access to a beautiful terrace, furnished with a large dining table, for alfresco dinners. The second living rooms with a “summer kitchen”, provides an easy access to the heated swimming pool.

The Villa Mougins is decorated in a modern style with majestic works of art, providing a unique atmosphere.
